BEET ROLLS

-                pastry, one round layer
-         1     small beet, cooked and grated
- 125 grs    almonds, grated
-         1     whole lime rind, grated
- 1 Tbsp     lime juice
- 2-3 Tbsp  natural yoghurt
- 3-4 Tbsp  sugar

Mix all the ingredients until you get a thick mixture. 

Lay out the pastry, cut it in eight parts and spoon in the filling. 

Roll them up securely and place in a pre-heated oven to 180° C for 10 min. until golden brown.
