BUTTERED LIME CHICKEN

-  3-4 pieces chicken
-  Rosemary
-  3 limes
-  1 egg
-  50 gr butter
-  1 garlic clove, crushed
-  a pinch salt and ground pepper

Mix rosemary, egg, salt and pepper, 
butter, the juiceof 2 limes and garlic 
in microwave for a couple of minutes or 
simmer in saucepan.

Preheat oven to 180 C. Place chicken in 
pan, pour in this mixture, cut the
remaining lime in wedges and place them
among chicken pieces.

Bake for 30-40 min. until golden brown,

turning chicken once
