1 lettuce,
washed and torn in pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic cloves
- 3 anchovies
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 1/2 cup bread, cubed
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp
salt
- 2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- olive or corn oil |

Mix
in blender egg, garlic, anchovies, some drops of Worcestershire sauce,
lime juice, mustard, salt, pepper and slowly pour in some oil until
mixture is creamy.
Pour dressing, cheese and croutons over leaves and toss well together.
