- 100 grs(4 oz) cashews nuts
- 150 grs(5 oz)
mushrooms
-3chicken
breasts, skinned,
diced and seasoned with salt and pepper
-2onions,
sliced
-2Tbsp
soy sauce
-a bunch of fresh coriander,
chopped -
a bunch of noodles
Boil
the noodles
until “al dente”.
Heat
some oil in a wok and
stir-fry the
chicken for about 5 min.
Add the
onion, mushrooms,
cashews and
stir-fry for 5 more min.
Stir in coriander
and soy sauce.
