Mix
ingredients for filling altogether in a pan, cook until it’s
thick and let it
cool.
For
pancakes beat eggs, add flour, water, vanilla sugar, coconut milk
powder, salt
until well blended.
Pour
some mixture into a med pre-heated pan with oil, cook on both sides and
make a
very thin pancake.
Fill each pancake with coconut mixture, close and organize
in a plate.
