Cut the
pieces as shown and
fry in a
deep pan
until golden brown.
You can
eat them like this
with rice, curry, meats etc. or:
Press
them with a piece of
wood, place
them in a baking pan and put on top
some of the egg, cheese and condensed
milk.
Add as many layers as you can
preheat
oven to 180° C and bake for 20 mins.
