- 6 separated eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsnp baking soda
- 1 tsnp salt
- 1 tsnp vanilla
- Whisk egg whites and salt with an electronic mixer until stiff and then add in sugar, the yolks already beaten by hand, the flour already containing baking soda and finally vanilla

- Preheat oven to 160° C and bake for about 30-40min. Until it's brown on top.

- The moment you bring it out of oven, pinch it with a sharp and thin
  knife and also try to loosen it from sides of the pan with the knife, so           when you pour in the milk mixture it can be better absorbed
- Mix: 1 can condensed milk
         1 can whole cream
         1 can evaporated milk

- Pour it over cake, then you can decorate it with frosting and cherries

 Tip: You can add a bit of alcohol to the mixture / or flavors such as vanilla, coconut, chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon.
