- 1 ltr whole milk - 1 cup sugar - 2 Tbsp Lemon-lime juice - 2 sticks cinnamon
Let milk and sugar boil, then set heat to med-high and pour in lemon juice little by little where the milk bubbles are formed. Add cinnamon.
Cook this mixture for 30-40 min. Mixing occasionally until lumbs are formed and the mixture thickens.
► Tip: It tastes great on top of salty crackers.
