TIRAMISU

- 500 grs Mascarpone, room termperature
- 150 grs sugar
- 4     eggs
- 8 Tbsp Scotch or Amaretto
- 2 cups  strong coffee, cold
- 1 pack  sweet fingers
- powdered chocolate

Mix yolks and sugar crushing them witha fork until well blent, then add Mascarponeand continuestirring vigorously.

Whisk egg whites until stiff with electric
mixer and fold in mixture mixinggently until a rich cream is formed and add liquor.

Sprinkle some powdered chocolate in glass
pan. Dip each sweet finger in coffee,organize them tightly in one layer and
then pour mixture on top.

Cover completely with powdered
chocolate, refrigerate and eat a day after.
