cans shredded coconut in syrup or
- 2
bags dry coconut flakes and
- 3
cups sugar
- 4
eggs, beaten
- 1
bar of butter, melted
To make
coconut in syrup, heat 3 cups water and add 3 cups sugar until
dissolved. Put
in dry coconut flakes stirring occasionally until mixture thickens.
Let it cool,
add beaten eggs and melted butter.
Mix well, place
in baking sheet in pre-heated oven to 180° for about 1 hour
or until golden
brown.
