Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and gradually
add to mixture until blended.
Stir in bananas, nuts, vanilla and spoon into a
greased loafpan.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for an hour or until a knife inserted
in center comes out clean.
Shield with aluminum foil to prevent browning, if
necessary.
Let it cool before slicing.
