BÖREK

-1 Kilo   fresh spinach cooked(or frozen)
-3/4        onions, finely chopped
-
100 grs melted butter
-
1 pack  puff pastry, (Yufka)
-
½  Kilo natural yoghurt
-
150 grs goat cheese, crumbled
-3          eggs

Heat some butter in frying pan, add onions until soft and then spinach. Sprinkle some salt and pepper stirring until well blent.

Mix yoghurt, eggs and then stir in melted butter. 

In greased baking tin, layer pastry sheet, then spread yoghurt mixture, place another layer of pastry, spread spinach and sprinkle cheese,place another layer of pastry until finishing with yoghurt mixture on top layer. 

Pinch with a fork and separate pastry edges with a knife. Bake for 50 mins. in a preheated oven to 180° C until golden and well puffed.
