- 1 bag dry coconut flakes - 1 ltr whole milk - 250 grs sugar - 1 tbsp vanilla - 2 cinnamon sticks
In bowl or wok cook milk, coconut flakes and sugar to medium heat stirring occasionally until it thickens.
Tip: This mixture can be used for pie filling.
