COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE MACAROONS


- 2 bagscoconut flakes
- 1 cancondensed milk
- 3 Tbspsour cream
- 2 Tbsp cream
- 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- bittersweet chocolate, melted


Preheat oven to 160°C. Line baking sheet with wax paper.


In large bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined then add coconut flakes. Press dough into your desired form, wetting your hands with cold tap water to prevent sticking. Bake for 20 mins. Remove from oven and let cool.

Dip one side of each macaroon in melted chocolate, place on a tray lined with wax paper and leave in cool area so chocolate becomes solid.
