Season
chicken parts with salt, pepper and
garlic powder and sauté
until golden brown
and crispy.
Place
wine in bowl, dip chicken parts, then
return them to frying pan,
add wine, stock,
onions, stir, cover and with heat to
medium, cook for
about 30 min. or until chicken
is tender.
In
¼ cup mix wine and Maizena, add to mixture
to thicken the sauce and
cook more
minutes (4-5).
