Cornmeal for the tortillas and the Tamales:

- 500gr  can of corn with its water
- 4        beaten eggs
- 200gr  soft butter
- ½       cup sugar
- 1 cup fine corn flour mixed with:
  1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup grated Emmentaler cheese
- a pinch of nutmeg, grated

Mash corn and its water in/with blender.

In a plastic container mix it with the beaten eggs, flour, sugar, 
cheese and butter with the electric mixer.

Pre-heat oven to 160° C .

Pour this mixture in a greased baking pan and leave in oven for 
40-50 min. until you insert a knife in the middle and it comes out clean 
and the mixture is golden brown.
