CREAMY MUSHROOM RICE

- 3    different types of mushrooms, finely chopped (about 2 cups each)
-       a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 1    onion , finely chopped
- 3    garlic cloves, crushed
-       salt and ground pepper to taste
- 500 grs cream
-       olive oil

In large pan or wok pour in olive oil and over medium heat sauté onion
and garlic, add mushrooms, cream and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 15 min. You can add lemon juice and eat on top of white rice.
Sprinkle parsley.
