CURRY FISH

- 500 grs
white fish filets
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp
hot red chilis, finely chopped
- 1
tspn cumin seeds
- 500 ml coconut milk
|

Heat oil in frying pan, add onions, garlic, chili,
cumin seeds and let
everything blend.
Add
fish and cook 2 min. on each side. Pour
in coconut milk and cook a bit more until fish is tender.
