    GREEN BEANS WITH COCONUT

- 450   grs     green beans
-     2  Tspn   vegetable oil
-     1  tsp   mustard seeds
-     1  Tbsp   rice
-     6  Tbsp   instant coconut milk powder
-    ½  Tspn   turmeric
-     1  Tbsp  cumin
-    ½  Tspn   chili powder
-     1  Tbsp  shredded coconut
-    ½  Tspn  chopped garlic
-  1 ¼  tsp  salt
-    ½   dl      water

Wash green beans and cut in small pieces. Heat oil in wok or frying pan,
add and roast mustard seeds and rice.Then add garlic and green beans,
cover and cook for 5 min.

For the curry paste, mix all remaining ingredients, add to green beans and cook for 10-15 min. until tender.
