Then
pour in 1¼ cups warm water or until the dough
doesn´t stick.
Knead dough until
smooth.
Make a round shape
and place in a previously greased container. Cover
with a wet kitchen towel and allow to rest for 1 hour.
Knead the dough for
the second time.
Roll it out, brush
with melted butter, put in pieces of ham and raisins
and then give it the shape you desire or fit it into a greased loaf pan
and
allow it to rest for 30 min.
