LIMA BEANS IN WHITE SAUCE


-300 grslimabeans
-3 tomatoes
-1 zucchini, diced
-1 onion, diced
-1 bunch spring onion, finely chapped

-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
-a bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1glass white wine
- paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil

Leave lima beans in bowlcovered with water overnight.

Pour them into deep pot, add more water if necessary, cover and cook until tender. Let them cool to prevent peeling. 

In frying pan, heat oil, add onions, later garlic, zucchini, parsley and tomatoes. Season with paprika , salt and peper and cook for 5 mins. Add wine, stir and mix

When mixture is fully blent, pour into the beans and cook until it thickens.

You can add extra consistency by crushing a few beans.
