- 6 separated eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whisk egg whites and salt with an electrical mixer until stiff and then add in sugar, yolks already beaten by hand, flour already containing baking soda and finally vanilla.

- Preheat oven to 160° C and bake for about 30-40 min or until it's brown on top.

- The moment you take it out of oven, pinch it with a sharp and thin
  knife and also try to loosen it on the sides of the pan with the knife, so       when you pour in the milk mixture it can be better absorbed.
- Mix: 1 can condensed milk
         1 can whole cream
         1 can evaporated milk

- Pour it over cake, then you can decorate it with frosting and cherries.

 Tip: You can add a bit of alcohol to the mixture  or flavors such as vanilla, coconut, chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon.
