PASSION FRUIT MOUSSE

-  200  gr condensed milk                                                            
-  200  gr cream
-  200  gr passion fruit juice
-  5/6 passion fruits, seedless

Beat cream until stiff, add condensed milk, passion fruit juice and 
refrigerate for 2-3 hours to get the right consistency.

Top mousse with pulp taken from passion fruits and refrigerate again until 
firm.
