PIZZA

Dough

In the food processor mix the following ingredients for 40 to 60 seconds:

- ½  kilo flour  (500 grs)
-  1  egg 
-  1  Tbsp corn oil
-  2  tsp salt
- 21 grs. fresh yeast (if it´s dry, use 7 grs
-      pinch sugar 
Then pour in 1¼ cups warm water or until the dough doesn´t stick.

Knead dough until smooth. 

Make a round shape and place in a previously greased container. Cover with a wet kitchen towel and allow to rest for 1 hour. 

Turn out the dough and press against baking tin greased with corn oil.

When completely extended, spread the tomato sauce and top with anything 
you like as vegetable, pineapple, ham, etc. or leave it like this and top 
it with mozzarella.

Put into a preheated oven to 220° C for 10-15 min.



TOMATO SAUCE

- liquefy one tin tomatoes

- add: 1 basil leaf
         1 Tbsp oregon
         a pinch sugar, salt and pepper

Cook medium heat for 30 min.
