- 800 grs
potatoes, steamed or cooked, prefe- rably some hours before preparation. - a
bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 100 ml (1
dl) stock
- 100 ml
cream
- 50 ml milk
- rind of a
lemon
- salt and
pepper
- oil
Peel, slice
potatoes and organize them in a greased baking tin. Puree parsley and stock. Add
cream, milk, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture
on potatoes and bake to 200°C for 20 mins.
