SWEET / SOUR CHICKEN / VEGETABLES

- 1 Tbsp     dry garlic flakes
- 1 tsp       cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp     ketchup
- 3  tsp      sugar
- 2-3         chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cube     chicken stock, crushed
- 100 gr      fresh pineapple, diced
- 2             red peppers, diced
- 2             tomatoes, diced
- 8             baby corns
-  small amount scallions, thinly chopped

Fry dry garlic flakes, add chicken, season with cube of chicken stock and let it slowly fry stirring occasionally. Add ketchup, sugar, pineapple and vegetables

and cook for 10 min. Sprinkle with scallions. 

Serve on top of white rice directly from wok or another pan or platter placed 
on a warm resistance.
