In the food processor mix the following
Ingredients for 40-60 seconds:
-  ½   Kilo  flour (500 grs)
-  ½   cup  corn oil
-  2    tsp   salt
-  21  grs   fresh yeast (if it´s dry, use 7 grs)
-  a pinch  sugar

Knead the dough until smooth, make
a round shape and place in a previously
greased container. Cover with a wet
kitchen towel and allow to rest for 1 hour.
Turn out the dough and press against
baking tin greased with corn oil.
Spread vegetables, pour in mixture,
cover with Mozzarella pieces, grated
Parmesan and put in pre-heated ( 200°C ) oven for 20-30 min.


-  2  Tbsp flour
-  1   tbs  salt
-  2  Tbsp Parmesan, grated
-  2   eggs
- 100 ml  milk
- 250 ml  cream

Mix dry ingredients first, then add
rest stirring until smooth and creamy.
You  can mix vegetables for toppings,
frying them slightly with a bit of oil.

- ½  onion     or    - 1  red pepper
- 3   zucchini        - ½ onion

-  250 mg  peas  -  3  eggplants
