In a bowl mix chicken pieces with
Maizena, 2 Tbsp Soy sauce, 2 Tbsp oil.
- 3 garlic cloves, finely cjopped - 4 Tbsp oil - 6 Tbsp sweet Soy sauce (Kecap manis) - pepper - a pinch of salt - little bit water - 1 lime
In a wok or large pan heat oil, garlic
and then meat stirring constantly about 3 min.
Then pour in Soy sauce, pepper, water, salt and before serving squeeze lemon and mix well.
