-  2  cans  coconut milk
-  3  cups  rice
-  2  Tbsp  butter
-  2  Tbsp  salt
-  2  Tbsp sugar
-      a handful raisins (optional)

Pour the cans of coconut milk into a deep saucepan when you're going to
cook the rice and cool for about
40 min. stirring once in a while until it starts to  turn dark brown. Then
stir constantly until all the oil has come out and  dark brown lumps start
to form. Pour in 6 cups of water (or for more coconut taste you can
add ½ can more coconut milk instead of water.)

Stir in salt, sugar and rice. Let the rice

dry out and stir in
raisins (optional) and butter.

Cover and set to minimum heat until the
rice is tender.
