Fry the green banana pieces in a deep pan with corn oil for a short
time turning them over until golden brown.

Smash them either with a special utensil for this task or just pressing
with a flat piece of wood or any hard material.

Prepare a small bowl with water, 2 crushed garlic cloves and salt. Dip the patacones for a few seconds and immediately fry them again until
golden brown and crispy.

You can eat with slices of white cheese, sour cream with salt
and avocado dip.





     
Tip:
Slice plantains in thin pieces, fry them until golden brown. Sprinkle salt.
