-   1  lettuce, washed and torn in pieces
-   1  egg
-   1  garlic cloves
-   3  anchovies
-   1/2 lime, juice
-   1/2 cup bread, cubed or croutons
-   1/2 tsp mustard
-   2 tsp salt
-   2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated

-        Worcestershire sauce
-        pepper
-        corn oil
Mix in blender egg, garlic, anchovies, some drops of Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, mustard, salt, pepper and slowly pour in some oil until mixture is creamy.

Pour dressing, cheese and croutons over leaves and toss well together. Garnish with Parmesan.
