PHILADELPHIA AND SALMON PASTA

- 250 grs  thinly sliced smoked salmon, in small pieces
- 250 grs  Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1          onion, chopped
- 1          garlic clove, crushed
- 5          Tbsp olive oil
- 4          Tbsp milk
-             a bunch of chives, finely chopped
-             ground pepper

In pan or wok fry onion and garlic with olive oil gently for about 8-10
min. (Until tender but not burnt).

Blend in pieces of salmon for 10 min. more and then add cream cheese, milk, pepper, chives and simmer until all ingredients are well blent. In case it's too thick, loose mixture with milk.

It's ready to be mixed with the pasta.

► Tip:
Instead of salmon you can use bacon.
